Neighborhood

Located on the southwest “heel” of Curacao, this beloved island neighborhood offers everything from beaches, to nightlife, to nature-based excursions.

The incredible bay is located south of Jan Thiel, a neighborhood in the southeast of Willemstad. It is the capital of Curaçao, between Cornelis Bay in the west and Caracas Bay in the east.

Also, Jan Thiel is a free beach that was designed and built by nearby resorts. It is the only artificial beach in Curaçao, where you can enjoy it a lot.

It consists, in large part, of a giant concrete tank in the sea that shows ochre-colored sand. The Jan Thiel area has an excellent infrastructure suitable for tourism.

Located near the Bay of Caracas and several bays, the beginning of its recreational activities dates back to 1703 and the construction of accommodation buildings for the end of the nineteenth century.

Access

The day before your arrival you will receive an email from Lynx giving you your access code to the lock on your door.

When you arrive you will go to the guard at the gate, give him your name and have your passport ready for identification and he will direct you to your unit and assigned parking spot. Once at the door you will enter the code that was sent to you and after the code press the unlock button. Wait for a short beep and the LED lights to go off and then pull the tabs on the side to open. To lock, close tightly and wait for a long beep.
