Our luxury villa offers 5 bedrooms with 6 beds to sleep up to 12 people. This includes 2 King Suites. This home offers all your group is looking for to make incredible memories during your time on our beautiful island. The upstairs loft with 2 queen beds is a great spot for a complete family or all the teens, while the remaining bedrooms are tucked away around the U-shaped house.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, offering a gas cooktop, large American style fridge tons of storage space, dishwasher and all just steps to the beautiful, covered patio area which will be your main gathering area to enjoy the light breezes coming in over the water. Out there you will find beautiful and private garden areas, 3 separate covered seating areas and our brand-new pool with LED light displays.

All this nested in the esteemed Brakkeput neighborhood, close to dining, Jan Thiel Beach, Tugboat Beach and the harbor with ocean excursions.

At the end of the day, you’ll want to check out the view of the Spanish Waters from the upstairs balcony!
